I am sure you are on this page vetting whether I'm up to the challenge of taking on serious life obstacles and helping you overcome them. My life has not always been the healthiest, and I have certainly had my fair share of life's handouts kicking my ass. As a mom of littles, I knew I needed to help others empower their own lives, even though I often felt I had never succeeded or always fallen short under societal pressures. From being a housewife with no career, no education beyond college introductory classes, a lack of self-love, heartbreak, and hopelessness, I gained insight into a new way to live life to its fullest and eventually take control of my life and transform it in the ways I wanted, not as others perceived me.
With two Master's degrees —one in Clinical Mental Health with an emphasis in Addiction and Substance Abuse through a CACREP accredited program at Colorado Christian Univeristy and the other in an ASSECT approved program for Clinical Sex Therapy —I assist high-achieving couples and individuals in overcoming their setbacks, breaking unhealthy patterns, taking control of their lives, and transforming or creating new intimate relationships that foster growth and healing. I have over ten years of experience in a private practice setting and clinical focus, but found that not all lifestyles can be helped confined behind four walls. While embracing a life-coaching model, I can use my skills beyond an office setting and tailor them for one-on-one, interactive, transformative, results-driven work to help you become a new, fulfilled you.

I take pride in assisting individuals to overcome patterns that are not easily visible but ultimately hold them back from progress.
