About me
I am an experienced child and adult therapist who is dedicated to helping people cope with the effects of trauma and abuse. I use a combination of therapy modes including DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Equine assisted therapy.
As a Licensed Clinical Specialist Social Worker, I have over 20 years of experience in the social work field, as a case manager and as a therapist. I have worked in psychiatric residential treatment facilities, behavioral health hospital, sexual assault center and for an insurance company. My favorite client is one who is ready for change and ready to invest in their mental health. LGBTQ & other friendly. I see teens and adults in person, on line and with equine assisted therapy.
