About me
I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. Over my career, I've worked with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, trauma, and grief. I bring a deep understanding of the complexities people face—including social anxiety, panic, posttraumatic stress, attachment challenges, and identity concerns.
My approach is grounded in compassion and cultural responsiveness. I'm particularly attuned to the experiences of those navigating multicultural concerns, prejudice, and discrimination. I also specialize in supporting women through postpartum depression, body image struggles, self-love, and life purpose exploration.
Whether you're processing trauma, healing from abandonment or domestic violence, working through divorce, managing caregiver stress, or exploring forgiveness and control issues, I'm here to help. I work with young adults, blended families, and individuals facing narcissistic relationships with equal dedication.
My goal is to create a safe, affirming space where you feel truly seen and heard. I believe in meeting you where you are and supporting your journey toward healing and wholeness with authenticity and care.
