About me
Experienced and Dedicated Clinical Mental Health Counselor
Devoted to Empowering Individuals on their Healing Journey for Positive Change and Emotional Well-being
I want to begin by acknowledging the strength it takes to seek support and start this journey toward personal growth and healing. I'm deeply committed to your well-being and believe in the transformative power of therapy.
With extensive experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, I have assisted clients facing a wide range of challenges, including trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, anger issues, body image struggles, self-esteem issues, career concerns, and more. I understand that each individual's experience is unique, and I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet your specific needs and goals.
My counseling approach is collaborative and client-centered. I draw from evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, solution-focused therapy, and humanistic and existential therapies to empower you to develop resilience and make meaningful changes in your life.
I prioritize being an ally to you, creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly. Whether you're navigating life transitions, managing stress and anxiety, coping with depression, healing from past trauma, or seeking personal growth, I am here to support you every step of the way.
I hold a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. My diverse educational background allows me to bring a unique perspective to counseling, combining scientific understanding with empathy and compassion.
In addition to my counseling work, I have authored several publications, including "Simply Learn Philosophy: The Difference Between Schools of Thought", "Tomahawk", "Heroes or Liars", and "Iceberg Tips". I am also the inventor of the "Neo-hydroelectric power system" with US patent US10487795B1. These accomplishments reflect my commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and understanding the complexities of human thought and behavior.
If you're ready to take the first step towards healing, personal growth, and empowerment, I invite you to reach out. Together, we can work towards creating a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life.
