I am Sofia Kovacevic, a licensed professional counselor. I have been working in the field for for 6 years, 4 years licensed with a variety of populations, from ages 5 to 70 who suffer from a several issues, such as anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, etc. I believe in the Eclectic approach, as I feel every client is individualized, and my goal is to help you reach your goals and needs! Clients left my sessions with a weight lifted off their shoulders because they were provided with a safe, warm, and non-judgmental place to express their thoughts and emotions. They left with new perspectives, validation, skills/tools, and solutions to their problems.
