About me
Trauma & Attachment Therapist for High-Functioning Adults in NJ & PA
You might look like you have it all together on the outside—but internally feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break.
Many of my clients are high-functioning adults who are used to being the “responsible one,” the people-pleaser, or the one others rely on. You may struggle with overthinking, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling emotionally disconnected in your relationships. Often, these patterns are rooted in early experiences where your emotional needs weren’t fully seen, supported, or understood.
I specialize in trauma-informed and attachment-focused therapy, helping you understand not just what you’re experiencing, but why. Together, we’ll explore how your past has shaped your present patterns—and begin to gently shift those patterns so you can feel more grounded, confident, and connected.
My approach integrates EMDR, attachment-focused work, and practical tools to help you move beyond insight into real, lasting change. Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and paced in a way that feels safe for your nervous system.
Over time, our work can help you:
Feel more emotionally connected (instead of numb or shut down)
Set boundaries without overwhelming guilt
Trust yourself and your decisions
Experience more ease and clarity in your relationships
You don’t have to keep doing this on your own.
