About me
I help people overcome mental, emotional, and relationship challenges in order to live better, more meaningful lives.
Utilizing modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), grounded in interpersonal and psychodynamic approaches, I strive to make therapy a warm, caring, transformative space. I have worked in schools, mobile crisis, and since 2020 as an outpatient therapist, clinical supervisor and office director at both national and local organizations. In 2026 I started my own practice, to which I bring to a commitment to provide top quality care and gratitude for the opportunity to do so.
I particularly enjoy helping people struggling with following: trauma, OCD, anxiety, ADHD/executive functioning, self-esteem, relationship problems, and depression. If you struggle avoidance in any form, or if you self-identify as an intellectualizer, we might work well together.
I welcome the opportunity to answer questions about therapy, both here and in general—please don’t hesitate to reach out. Your privacy is valued here; no AI scribes or similar note-taking software will ever be used at my practice. Individuals, couples, and families are all welcome. I look forward to hearing from you!
