About me

Hi, I’m Sierra—a relational therapist grounded in warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for each person’s story. I work from a systemic lens, which means I see you not as a problem to be fixed—but as a whole person deeply shaped by your relationships, environments, and experiences.

Many clients come to me feeling stuck — struggling to find their voice, questioning their worth, or carrying beliefs about themselves that no longer serve them. Often, these beliefs developed as ways to survive difficult or traumatic experiences. Together, we work to gently let go of coping strategies that were once necessary but may now be holding you back, and to build new, healthier ways of understanding yourself and your relationships.

I use EMDR therapy to help clients process trauma and move forward, and I draw from attachment theory to support people in navigating relationships with greater clarity, security, and self-compassion. My goal is to help you feel more connected — to yourself and to others — and more empowered to live in alignment with who you truly are.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and I deeply respect the courage it takes to reach out. I strive to make the process as seamless and supportive as possible. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and safe enough to explore meaningful change.

I would be honored to hear your story and walk alongside you in this work. Reach out for a free 15 minute consultation!
