About me
I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. My work centers on creating a safe, affirming space where you can explore your authentic self and build meaningful connections.
I specialize in supporting LGBTQ+ clients, individuals navigating trauma and grief, and those working through depression, anxiety, and stress. I'm particularly passionate about helping clients address isolation, communication struggles, and questions around life purpose and self-worth. My approach is deeply informed by cultural responsiveness and an understanding of how identity, discrimination, and systemic barriers shape our experiences.
I draw on evidence-based practices to support you with concerns including attachment issues, mood disorders, panic, obsessive-compulsive patterns, posttraumatic stress, and substance use challenges. I also work with clients facing major life transitions, such as divorce, pregnancy, caregiving responsibilities, and end-of-life concerns, as well as those exploring sexuality, gender identity, and alternative relationship dynamics.
My therapeutic style is collaborative and person-centered. I believe in meeting you where you are, honoring your unique story and strengths, and walking alongside you as you move toward healing and growth. Starting therapy takes courage, and I'm honored to support you on this journey.
