About me
To all those who feel weighed down by fear, those trapped in the silence of loneliness, disordered eating, or the ache of abandonment—to those whose hearts feel heavy, whose hope feels distant, or who simply long for someone to truly see them. I want you to know your pain is valid. I believe there is a light that leads to healing, wholeness, and love. That light has always lived within you, even in your darkest moments. I am here to walk beside you, to help you uncover that light, nurture it, and let it grow—so you may rise with strength, reclaim your truth, and illuminate the dawn of healing.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Virginia with a Master’s of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from William & Mary. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating eating disorders, borderline personality disorder, chronic illness, and neurodivergence, with a focus on Autism and ADHD.
Recovery can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to do it alone. My practice is grounded in compassion, empathy, and unconditional positive regard, offering a safe, supportive environment where healing can begin.
My approach is neuro-affirming and gender-affirming, grounded in the belief that each person’s experiences and identities deserve respect, understanding, and individualized care. I work collaboratively with clients to build insight, develop practical coping strategies, and foster a more compassionate relationship with themselves. I strive to create a therapeutic space that feels safe, validating, and empowering—where clients can explore challenges at their own pace while working toward meaningful, sustainable change.
I offer individual therapy in a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and valued. Together, we will explore the challenges you're facing, build on your strengths, and work toward greater self-awareness, healing, and personal growth at a pace that feels right for you. I specialize in working with individuals navigating eating disorders, borderline personality disorder, and chronic illness, providing compassionate, personalized care tailored to each person's unique experiences and goals.
I help couples navigate the unique challenges that can arise when Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) impacts their relationship. Through a compassionate, structured, and evidence-based approach, I work with partners to improve communication, strengthen emotional regulation, build trust, and reduce patterns of conflict and disconnection. Couples counseling provides a supportive space to better understand the effects of BPD on relationship dynamics while fostering healthier boundaries, deeper empathy, and more secure attachment.
Supporting an adolescent through an eating disorder can feel overwhelming, confusing, and emotionally exhausting for the entire family. I work closely with parents and caregivers to help them better understand eating disorders, strengthen communication, and develop effective strategies to support their child's recovery. Through a collaborative and compassionate approach, I help families navigate challenges, reduce conflict around food and body image, and foster a home environment that promotes healing, connection, and lasting recovery.
