About me

I am an experienced Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). I help women build confidence, strengthen self-worth, and gain emotional clarity. I also work with couples to improve communication, deepen connection, and strengthen intimacy.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and my goal is to provide a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.

I work with women who want to build confidence, gain emotional clarity, and better understand themselves during difficult or transitional seasons of life. Many of the women I work with appear strong and capable on the outside but may feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or disconnected internally. In therapy, we focus on understanding patterns, strengthening self-awareness, and developing practical tools that support lasting personal growth.

I also work with couples who want to strengthen communication, navigate conflict more effectively, and deepen their emotional and physical connection. Relationships can be incredibly meaningful but also challenging, and therapy can help partners better understand each other, rebuild trust, and create healthier ways of communicating and resolving conflict.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy, and I incorporate relationship-focused approaches such as Gottman Method techniques and Prepare/Enrich when working with couples.

In our work together, you can expect a supportive and non-judgmental environment where we focus on understanding what is happening beneath the surface and developing strategies that help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and connection.

If you’re considering therapy, I encourage you to reach out to see if we might be a good fit. Finding the right therapist is an important part of the process, and I’m happy to answer questions and discuss what you’re hoping to work on in therapy.
