About me
I provide compassionate, client-centered counseling to children (4-12), teens (13-17), and adults (18+). I am currently specializing in working with children, and I have a waitlist for adult clients.
As a caregiver, finding the right therapist for your child can feel overwhelming, especially when life feels heavy or uncertain. I offer a supportive space for children (4 and older), preteens, and their family supports to engage in play therapy and emotional processing. My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and developmentally informed, honoring each client’s unique pace and needs. It is a privilege to help children express, process, and heal through the therapeutic process.
I offer a supportive space for young people and their caregivers to feel seen, heard, and understood. Additionally, I believe that when providing counseling to young people, it is important to partner with the adults in their life. I will work with you to support your child. Even in our most challenging moments, there is hope and the potential for growth.
If your child (or children) are feeling hopeless or stuck, anxious or tired, I offer a space where we can navigate these feelings, understand their roots, and work together to create strategies for moving forward. My goal is to empower my clients to rediscover a sense of control and peace, regardless of where they are on their journey.
