About me
I provide compassionate, client-centered counseling to children, teens, and adults.
In my work, I maintain a deep commitment to supporting individuals who are navigating a variety of emotional struggles. You or your child may feel like you're lost and alone navigating your emotions, but I am here to walk with you and support you. I have a special interest in working with suicidal clients of all ages. If you are in this mental space, please reach out and I will be happy to work with you or find someone who can.
My approach is person-centered, compassionate, non-judgmental, and tailored to your unique needs. I employ a variety of techniques, including existential, nature-based therapy, and play therapy, to help us explore your past, present, and future experiences. I believe that even in our most challenging moments, there is hope and the potential for growth.
If you or your child are feeling hopeless or stuck, anxious or tired, I offer a space where we can navigate these feelings, understand their roots, and work together to create strategies for moving forward. My goal is to empower you to rediscover a sense of control and peace, regardless of where you are on your journey.
