About me
I provide compassionate, trauma-informed therapy to help children, adolescents, adults, and families heal from difficult experiences, reconnect with their strengths, and create meaningful change.
Life has a way of shaping us in unexpected ways. Sometimes, the experiences that once helped us survive can leave us feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of who we are.
I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, and struggles with self-worth. I believe healing begins when we feel safe enough to be our authentic selves. My goal is to provide a compassionate, supportive space where you feel seen, understood, and empowered to heal and grow.
I believe every person has the capacity for growth, and I feel honored to walk alongside my clients as they rediscover their strengths, deepen their understanding of themselves, and create meaningful change.
Having experienced some of life's hardest seasons myself, I understand the courage it can take to begin again. Healing isn't about becoming someone new; it's about reconnecting with the person you've always been. If you're ready to take the next step, I'd be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
