About me
Life can be difficult to balance. Whether your situation is a single event or chronic or a single event, I will be an empathetic, non-judgmental therapist to create a safe environment for you to share your story. No matter your stressors, needs, or goals, I am ready and willing to walk alongside you. I enjoy working with individuals motivated to gain skills to improve themselves as a whole person. Together, we will explore who you are, what life experiences made you that way, and your needs on your journey to rebuilding balance.
I work with adults struggling with stress, difficult relationships, depression, and anxiety by using holistic strengths-based, CBT, and solution-focused approaches to assist you.
I hold evening online therapy sessions. Please feel free to contact me, as I would love the opportunity to join you in your journey to healing and bettering yourself.
