About me
You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Therapy can be a space for support, clarity, and real change.
I’m a licensed therapist with nine years of experience helping adults better understand themselves and move forward with confidence. I support clients navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and mood challenges, using a warm, holistic approach that focuses on tools you can apply in real life. I also have a clinical focus on Black mental health, providing care that is culturally responsive and grounded in understanding the unique experiences that impact well-being.
My approach to therapy is warm, open, and nonjudgmental, creating a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. I work with you to clarify your goals and better understand how therapy can support your needs and growth. Using a blend of therapy approaches, we’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, life experiences and process trauma while building tools you can use in real life. I’m here to guide your growth at a pace that feels right for you.
