About me
Sherry Kay Fulmer, LMFT, RPT enjoys working with ages three & up struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, behavioral issues, trauma, transitions, and life stressors. She is an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist and aims to help clients live life as their authentic selves. Sherry Kay has additional training in EMDR (level one) and treating anxiety in children and adolescents.
Each person holds strength and resilience—though we don’t always feel it. Sometimes, we just need support to reconnect with those inner resources. Therapy can be a space to reflect, grow, and move forward. I strive to create a warm, accepting environment that honors your unique experiences and highlights the strengths you already carry.
I believe every individual is wonderfully unique, so I tailor my approach to meet the needs of each person and family, always through a culturally responsive lens. Whether I’m working with you, your child, or your family, I focus on building a trusting relationship and gaining a deep understanding of where you are right now. From there, we’ll work together to create meaningful, lasting change—one small step at a time.
My goal is to help you develop tools that extend beyond the therapy room and support you in navigating the everyday challenges life brings.
