About me
Hello and welcome! My approach to therapy is compassionate, genuine, and collaborative. I will meet you where you are and work alongside you to better understand what you are experiencing and what you need to move forward.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, low self-worth, and difficult life transitions. Sometimes life feels overwhelming because of something that has happened recently; other times, experiences are carried from the past and continue to affect how we see ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us. Whatever brings you to therapy, I believe your experiences deserve to be understood within the context of your unique story.
Together, we can work toward understanding patterns, developing healthier ways of coping, building confidence, and finding a greater sense of balance and resilience. I use evidence-based therapeutic approaches while adapting therapy to each individual, because there is no single approach that works for everyone.
Most importantly, I want you to feel safe enough to be honest, supported enough to try something different, and empowered to recognize your own strengths. Sometimes, the first step in therapy is simply having someone walk alongside you while you figure things out and I am here for you.
