I have over 25 years experience providing Trauma Informed Counseling in Spokane.
My passion has always been to help those whose lives, through no fault of their own, have been changed by any or all unhealthy environments they experienced. Whether nature of others, sometimes we experience things which shift our world view, change how we feel about ourselves, or impact our ability to sleep, eat, or just function in the world without excessive fear or anxiety. If this is you, I have been helping people heal, grow, recover, and thrive after these experiences, and I would be happy to help you.
