Gaining self-awareness allows us to understand how we behave and how our past experiences affect who we are today. Exploring how & why we think and feel can help us understand our worries, fears and behaviours, enabling us to gain our own self-awareness and confidence utilising the skills & coping tools & strategies we learn through the therapeutic relationship, to deal with the future challenges life throws at us.
