I am an experienced mental health counselor who is dedicated to help young adults and adults cope with life challenges, anxiety, depression, and grief.
I am a non-traditional therapist and relatable to every client that works with me. Phoenix Wellness Collective was part of my life transition to create new beginnings from the ashes of past life experiences. Therapy sessions with me is like a conversation with a friend except, there are therapeutic boundaries. I provide a space for all to be their authentic self.
