About me
I am an experienced therapist who has worked with criminal offenders, social services workers (police, fire, corrections, nursing, doctors) and clients who suffer from addiction who is dedicated to helping those adults cope with anxiety, PTSD, depression, anger, substance abuse and impulsiveness.
I currently work at Great Lakes Psychology Group in Michigan where I see patients virtually for individual therapy. My hope is to provide a safe place to explore thoughts, feelings and emotions that are hindering you from reaching your full potential. I utilize CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, cognitive restructuring, cognitive challenging, and introspective work. My philosophy is to meet my clients where they are, allowing you to grow to your potential at your own pace.
