I have a broad base of experience in working with various age groups ranging from age 10 through 80. I have a propensity towards helping teenagers, young adults, women, those experiencing issues with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, PTSD, abuse, neglect, abandonment, resentment, spirituality, religion ,lgbtq and family issues.The modalities most frequently used in our therapeutic relationship, will be Person Centered Therapy, Solution focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
