About me
I am an experienced therapist who takes a holistic approach, blending traditional therapy methods, somatic work, basic self-care, and spiritual practices for whole-person healing.
I work with adults who are ready to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves – including first responders who carry a great deal on their shoulders, and anyone drawn to the healing power of mindfulness, energy work, and spiritual growth.
I’ve been passionate about helping people find peace amid stress and chaos for years. Whether you’re navigating the weight of trauma, the daily demands of service, or simply feeling disconnected from your inner light, my role is to walk alongside you with compassion and care.
I blend traditional therapeutic approaches with mindfulness practices, energy healing, and spiritual tools in our work. This allows us to address the mind, body, and spirit, creating space for deep healing, resilience, and renewal.
It’s about reconnecting with the wholeness that’s already within you.
My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, with practices you can carry into your daily life.
I am a licensed independent social worker in Ohio and Virginia and hold specialized certification in first responder therapy.
I’m also trained in Soul Detective Therapy, an approach that helps uncover and release deep patterns at the spiritual and energetic level.
These foundations enable me to provide a bridge that links the clinical and the spiritual, allowing you to receive care that honors your entire being.
My pursuit of learning how to blend traditional therapy with spiritual healing has deepened my own spirituality. Raised in Christianity, later converting to Catholicism when I married, and now finding my home in Paganism, I embrace the profound role faith and spirituality play in mental and physical health.
When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family, friends, and pets – including my horse.
I’m also a proud nerd who loves Star Trek, Star Wars, Pokémon, video games, reading, and tabletop gaming.
