About me
I am a progressive licensed mental health therapist; who has worked in the mental health field for over 20 years.
I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families from all ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds.
I have spent many years working with disadvantaged populations, cognitively challenged individuals, and with those diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illnesses
I am highly experienced in crisis intervention and incidents that cause trauma.
I have found great reward in working with domestic violence shelters and community outreach organizations focused on homelessness, independent living for cognitively challenged clients.
Now more than ever, in these trying times, we need to make it easier for people to ask for help and more alternative ways to communicate.
I want to be a part of the solution. I want to help those individuals who feel devalued, confused, alone, lost and help them to discover self-worth, direction, comfort, and hope.
I believe in the importance of mindfulness and the power of being centered.
I enjoy helping clients find their voice and embrace life by finding purpose
