About me
I am an experienced therapist dedicated to helping children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families cope with anxiety, depression, communication issues, and anger management.
I am passionate about working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families through developing a trusting, non-judgmental, and encouraging therapeutic environment. My focus is to help others navigate daily life challenges, restore and rebuild relationships, developing practical communication skills and self-acceptance. I works with various people with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem/self-worth, communication issues, conflict resolution, anger management issues, and other challenges. Taking an integrative approach to counseling, I use multiple approaches to include cognitive behavioral therapy, hope-focused, solution-focused, strength-based, and person-centered techniques and interventions based on the client’s needs. My efforts help clients identify root issues, self-regulate their emotions, develop effective communication, and learn positive coping skills. As part if an integrative approach, I also provides spiritual integration in counseling for clients who request support.
