About me
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I help adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity. Whether you’re working through anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, or major life transitions, my focus is on creating a supportive, client-centered space where you feel truly heard and understood. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, build resilience, and uncover new pathways toward healing, growth, and greater well-being.
Seeking support takes courage, and you don’t have to do it alone. For over 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people as they face challenges, heal old wounds, and discover new strengths. My journey began with a Master’s degree from Oakland University and has taken me through many different settings, where I’ve supported individuals from all walks of life. These experiences have shown me that therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, it’s about building a real connection and creating space for growth and healing.
In our work together, you can expect compassion, respect, and honest support. Sessions are interactive and collaborative, you’ll feel heard, and I’ll offer feedback and practical tools to help you stay motivated. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be fully yourself.
I draw from evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, while also integrating dream exploration to tap into deeper inner wisdom. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, codependency, self-esteem challenges, and relationship or career struggles.
I also know what it’s like to struggle, and my own experiences give me a genuine, compassionate perspective as a therapist. Both personally and professionally, I’m here to walk alongside you as you heal, grow, and move toward your best self.
