About me

A Safe Space to Heal, Grow, and Feel More Like Yourself

Maybe you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally drained, or disconnected from the people you care about. Maybe you’re going through a difficult transition, struggling in your relationships, navigating parenting challenges, or trying to make sense of experiences that continue to affect you. Whatever brought you here, reaching out for support is a meaningful first step.

I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship concerns, parenting challenges, emotional difficulties, and life transitions. I also support individuals and families navigating pregnancy, postpartum experiences, and the transition into parenthood, recognizing that these changes can bring both joy and unexpected emotional challenges.

My goal is to create a therapy experience where you feel safe, heard, respected, and understood. I take a warm, compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach, tailoring therapy to your unique experiences, needs, strengths, and goals. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, we’ll work together to understand what is happening and identify practical, meaningful ways to help you feel more grounded and empowered.

With children and adolescents, I incorporate play-based and developmentally appropriate interventions to help young clients express emotions, build coping skills, improve communication, and develop confidence. I also work with parents and families to strengthen connection, communication, and understanding.

I believe therapy is more than simply talking about problems. It is an opportunity to better understand yourself, work through difficult experiences, strengthen relationships, and develop tools to navigate life with greater confidence and resilience.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. You simply need to be willing to take the first step.

If something in you is saying, “I think I could use some support,” I invite you to reach out. We can explore whether therapy feels like the right fit for you and begin where you are—without judgment, pressure, or expectations that you have all the answers.
