With over 20 years of combined experience begining on suicide prevention, DV, and community hotlines, in hospitals & clinics, all levels of mental health and addiction treatment centers, palliative and hospice home care, along with extensive education, certification, & training; I have learned and loved to coach, advocate, educate, counsel, & inspire healing. Populations I'm experienced with are first responders, service members, aviation professionals, teachers, survivors of domestic violence & sexual assault, elderly, and overwhelmed care givers, though I love growing with many. Specializations are trauma/PTSD, anxiety/depression, grief/bereavement, addiction/codependency, relationship/attachment issues, health/wellness, and cultural humility/awareness. Practice modalities used are EMDR, ACT, CBT, MI, IFS, EFT, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Strength's Based, and Solution-Focused.

I stand by personal and professional values of authenticity, courage, integrity, and compassion. I stand by the ethics of the National Association of Social Work. My Clifton Strengths are Empathy, Positivity, Input, Activator, and Achiever. As always, it remains my passion, mission, and joy to witness others expand & I am fulfilled by continuing this journey with you. I am always expanding myself too, so I continue to learn, read, and attend extensive continuing trainings. I love taking my dogs for runs/walks/hikes, doing yoga/reiki/meditation/breathwork, dancing, riding my motorcycle, being in nature, and spending time with my loved family, friends, colleages, cats, and farm animals. Lol.
