Hello. Just taking a moment to introduce myself. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas and registered Florida to provide telehealth counseling and am EMDR Certified and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. As a LPC for 30 years, my education, ongoing training and experience working with adolescents and adults includes trauma, PTSD, grief, ADHD, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges , addictions and life transitions. I am EMDR certified as well as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with extensive training and experience in CBT, EMDR, DBT and IFS.
