I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in Trauma and helping people learn to regulate their nervous systems and wholly connect with self and others.
I have a doctorate in Community Care and Traumatology. I help people learn to heal themselves through specialized trauma care such as brainspotting, EMDR, and other trauma modalities. I work worth with those who exhibit symptoms of grief, depression, anxiety, and am Certified in the following areas.
