About me

He addresses trauma across the lifespan while building up clients coping skills and positive traits. Shelby also works with clients struggling with chronic pain and injuries.

Accepting change and working on personal growth can be challenging. Right now, you are taking necessary steps to grow. I work together with clients to set goals that can help address their needs and inspire insight and growth.
I have worked extensively with adolescents both individually and within their relationships with parents and peers. This work has assisted me in helping people address interpersonal struggles and communication barriers.
I work with people with depression, anxiety, trauma history, PTSD, personality disorders, self harm struggles, and clients struggling with suicidal idealizations. I frequently work with people in the LGBTQ community. I also work with people struggling with chronic pain and co-morbid mental health struggles that can come with invisible pain.
The approach I take in therapy is to engage with my clients and see them from a strengths based perspective. I love working with people and empowering them to be able to see the best versions of themselves. I am excited to meet with you and share in your journey.
