About me
I am a licensed professional counselor who works with individuals with a variety of issues. I have helped clients with trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, addiction, TBI, and with every day stressors and life changes.
I graduated from Idaho State University with a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health and have worked in small university settings to agencies, to my own practice. My counseling style is warm and engaging. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I don't believe in or like to use any stigmatizing labels.
I have worked with a variety of clients across the lifespan and with a similarly large variety of struggles. I work from primarily a trauma informed approach with aspects of mindfulness based practices, although I pull from all theories to find what works best for my clients. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
