About me
With a decade of experience addressing child, adolescent, and adult abuse and neglect, navigating complex family systems, and collaborating within court-involved cases, I bring a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to supporting individuals and families from diverse backgrounds and communities.
Hi, I’m Shelby Barnhill, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of experience helping people heal from tough life experiences and build stronger, healthier relationships. I specialize in working with individuals and families impacted by domestic violence, narcissistic abuse, and complex family dynamics, as well as those involved in the court system.
As a Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment professional, I use a trauma-informed, compassionate approach to help my clients feel safe, understood, and empowered. My goal is to create a space where you can unpack your experiences, gain new insight, and begin to rebuild confidence and peace in your life.
I currently practice at Indigo Counseling in North Little Rock, Arkansas, where I work with children, teens, and adults from all walks of life. Whether you’re trying to heal from past trauma, improve family relationships, or simply find a sense of calm in your everyday life, I’m here to walk alongside you on that journey.
If this sounds like the kind of support you’re looking for, I’d love to connect.
