About me
Finding the right support can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I provide a safe, compassionate space for teens, young adults, military and first responders to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences while developing the skills they need to thrive. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, life transitions, and interpersonal challenges.
My goal is to work toward developing healthy and effective coping skills, building resilience, and creating a life that feels fulfilling. I strive to create a safe and supportive therapy environment.
If you are struggling with emotional regulation, relationships, or major life changes, I am here to help build confidence, coping strategies, and a sense of balance. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where we can explore challenges, recognize their strengths, and identify changes. Reach out today to see how I can help support you.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and strengths-based, with a focus on helping each individual better understand themselves and identify meaningful paths toward change. I draws from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, strengths-based practices, and other therapeutic techniques tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals.
My goal is to work toward developing healthy and effective coping skills, building resilience, and creating a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.
