About me
I am experienced in trauma and autism as well as military and am dedicated in helping each client improve his or her mental health.
I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience in therapy and am dedicated to helping teens and adults achieve better mental health. I have worked for 14 years in state psychiatric facilities and have spent the last year supporting active duty military members. I focus on providing skills training and building resilience to prevent psychological distress. I work with those on the Autism spectrum as well as those who have experienced trauma, including military. I use and eclectic therapeutic approach to encompass the unique needs of each individual client.
