I offer play-based therapies like Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE), pediatric behavioral sleep medicine consultations, along with parent consultations to empower families with practical tools for stronger connections and everyday support.

For adults, I provide trauma-informed PTSD recovery and anxiety management, integrating neurofeedback, interoceptive practices, and other evidence-based methods to promote emotional regulation, resilience, and posttraumatic growth.
