Hi! I'm Sheana, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Functional Medicine and Trauma Specialist providing care from a holistic, physiologically based perspective, with a focus on client strengths and capacity building.

I engage with clients from a holistic perspective, considering mental, physical, and social health as equally important parts of a balanced and healthy life. Everyone deserves to feel safe, happy, and healthy and I provide a supportive space for you to work toward your goals. I offer a personalized approach to care and encourage the use of practical skills learned in therapy to improve your life. I work from an integrative approach, working with clients from all walks of life including birth to five, through childhood and adolescence, into adulthood. I focus on the treatment of general mental health, trauma related symptoms, adjustment issues, relationships challenges, and love to support anyone interested in improving their life. Whether you want to address long-term, on-going challenges, or make it through an issue presenting in one moment in time, I am here with you as you work toward your goals.
