About me
Your emotions are valid and real, it’s not all in your head and you don't need to apologize for how you feel! Counseling is a collaborative process built on mutual respect, a willingness to learn, and a readiness to do the work of making small, or sometimes big changes. We cannot change the past, so we will start where you-today.
My therapeutic approach incorporates building self-awareness, identifying emotions, negative thoughts, while learning practical coping skills and taping into outside resources you can use along your personal journey. I specialize in mood and anxiety disorders, grief/loss, couples and relationships, and adults who identify as LGBTQIA+, or neurodivergent.
