About me
I’m a licensed mental health practitioner and coach with over eight years of experience supporting people through real-life challenges, transitions, and growth. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Every person comes with a different story, and my approach is about meeting you where you are and working from there.
My niche is relationship redevelopment. I help clients identify and unlearn behaviors formed in survival mode and replace them with patterns that foster safety, clarity, confidence, and intentional decision-making. I am especially passionate about working with emerging adults (Gen Z), late-blooming adults, and single or co-parents who are ready to break cycles and build healthier relationships with themselves and others.
Healing isn’t about being perfect or “fixed.” It’s about learning how to feel grounded, connected, and more in control of your choices. I’d be honored to support you on your healing journey.
Mental health therapy is evolving. It’s no longer just about intellectually understanding your challenges or analyzing your insecurities—it’s about facing them with the care, patience, and compassion they deserve. And truthfully, that’s not something most people can do alone. One of the greatest joys I experience as a therapist and coach is witnessing the aha moment—when things finally click and the pieces begin to come together.
At the same time, the world around us is evolving too. We are no longer living in the simplicity of either/or, but in the complexity of both/and. Our nervous system plays a direct role in our quality of life, influencing how we respond to stress, relationships, and everyday demands. I don’t believe it’s realistic—or helpful—to aim for a life free of challenges. What is possible is learning how to self-manage in ways that create balance, resilience, and emotional sustainability.
At Impact 2 Imprint, we don’t view diagnoses or symptoms as the problem—they’re information. They help us better understand what you’re experiencing and how it’s showing up in your life. We believe you already carry the insight needed for your healing. Our role is to offer a supportive, honest space that encourages self-exploration, challenges harmful narratives, and dismantles patterns of self-rejection.
If any of this resonates with you, I invite you to schedule a complimentary consultation and begin your healing journey with Impact 2 Imprint.
