My goal for clients is “to create a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients to feel every emotion that crosses them, one where they feel understood. I want my clients to feel like their story is valuable.”

I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with extensive experience supporting children, families, and caregivers through life’s most challenging moments. My background spans mental health and substance use dual diagnosis, trauma-informed interventions, and work within the legal system. Over the years, I have developed a strong passion for partnering with families—especially those with young children—to strengthen relationships, foster resilience, and promote healing from both past and ongoing trauma.
I believe that healing happens through connection. In my work, I strives to create a safe, collaborative, and compassionate space where clients can feel seen, heard, and supported. I use a variety of evidence-based, trauma-informed practices tailored to meet the unique needs of each client and family. Whether I am working with a caregiver navigating stress or a family recovering from trauma, my focus is always on helping people build stronger bonds and lasting skills for growth.
