About me

I’m a licensed therapist who works with adults and couples facing anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. My approach is rooted in attachment theory and built on the belief that healing happens in the context of connection. I offer a warm, grounded space where people can make sense of their experiences, strengthen their relationships, and start to feel more like themselves again.

It’s not easy to ask for help—especially when life has taught you to keep things to yourself or push through on your own. If you’re here, you’ve probably reached a point where something isn’t working the way it used to. Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that don’t make sense to you. Therapy offers a chance to pause, take a closer look, and begin to create something different.

I work with adults and couples who are struggling with anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. My approach is grounded in attachment theory, which means I pay close attention to how early and current relationships have shaped your emotional world—how you connect, protect, and respond to distress. Whether you’re coping with the aftermath of something painful or trying to break out of a long-standing cycle, I’ll work with you to understand what’s going on underneath the surface and what might need to shift in order for real change to happen.

Everything I do is collaborative, emotionally honest, and deeply respectful of your experience. I believe that insight matters—but so does safety, compassion, and timing. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, balancing the need for clarity with the importance of staying grounded. I tend to ask meaningful questions, stay curious, and offer observations that help bring new awareness to the parts of your story that may have been overlooked, dismissed, or misunderstood.

I often work with people who are tired of reacting in ways they don’t fully understand—people who long for connection but feel overwhelmed in relationships, or who are functioning well externally but struggling privately. I also work with couples who find themselves caught in painful cycles of miscommunication and emotional distance. My goal isn’t just to help you feel better—but to help you make sense of what you’re feeling, so you can start to respond with more freedom, choice, and self-respect.

Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about coming back into contact with the parts of yourself that make you whole—your strength, your vulnerability, your sense of direction. It’s about developing the capacity to face life with more clarity, self-awareness, and connection to others. I consider it a privilege to be invited into this kind of work, and I approach it with care, humility, and hope.

If this sounds like a fit, I’d be honored to talk with you. You’re welcome to reach out, ask questions, or schedule a time to meet.
