I work with children, teens, and adults on anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I also specialized in divorce and surviving difficult, conflictual family situations and former partners. I have over 20 years of experience providing therapy and psychological evaluations to children, adolescents, and adults. I'm a licensed Clinical Psychologist and Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I trained with the Parenting Evaluation Training Program (PETP), and provide forensic evaluations.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in respect for each person’s unique story. I also provide therapy for people navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions, and comprehensive evaluations for ADHD, academic concerns, and situations involving family court or other legal situations. In addition, in my practice I draw on years of experience in individual therapy, play therapy, and evaluation. I tailor treatment to the needs of each client, using evidence-based strategies while also honoring the relationship, trust, and personal insight that make therapy meaningful.
