About me
I take a conversational approach to therapy and aim to help bring fresh perspective to whatever feels challenging. My goal is for each session to leave clients feeling a bit lighter, more hopeful, and equipped with a clear plan for how to apply what we discuss moving forward. I welcome questions, encourage open dialogue, and value being challenged if something does not feel fully understood. I am committed to honesty, collaboration, and supporting growth and success in every way possible.
I have worked with a wide range of clinical needs and populations throughout my career and bring a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Rational Emotive Therapy. My areas of focus include supporting individuals impacted by trauma, grief, anger management challenges, and family-related concerns. I work collaboratively to help reframe difficult experiences and develop effective coping strategies, and I also value being proactive—supporting growth before concerns become overwhelming.
I believe it is never too early or too late to make meaningful changes in life. While therapy can feel intimidating at first, at its core it is simply a purposeful conversation between two people working toward forward movement and personal goals. I offer a nonjudgmental, supportive space and focus on identifying the most effective path forward. With many years of experience and a genuine love for this work, I meet clients where they are and collaborate on a clear, practical plan to support growth, resilience, and becoming the best version of oneself.
