About me
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about supporting those who feel stuck, weighed down by stress, or burdened by worry.
If you're feeling weighed down by anxiety, stress, or the lasting effects of grief and trauma, you don't have to go through it alone. As your therapist, I would be honored to walk alongside you as we find ways to ease the overwhelm, make sense of your experiences, and build tools that help you feel more grounded and at peace in your daily life. Together, we will attend to the parts of yourself who need attention and care, putting language around your experiences and acknowledging your wounds to move toward healing and wholeness. Therapy will be a collaboration, so you may have the time and space to grow and reach your goals.
In our work together, I will tailor my approach to what feels right for you. We may draw from EMDR, ACT, CBT, EFT, mindfulness, and grounding techniques to provide practical tools that can help calm the nervous system, reprocess difficult and painful memories, and navigate distressing thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
I believe therapy is most powerful when there is a genuine connection in the room. I bring warmth, gentleness, and curiosity into our sessions so you have a safe place to explore your story, try new ways of coping, and rediscover your strengths. My hope is that therapy becomes a space where you feel lighter, supported, and more connected to yourself.
