About me
Do you feel emotionally overwhelmed or mentally exhausted, even when things “should” be okay?
Do you find yourself stuck in your thoughts, struggling with anxiety, low mood, or feeling disconnected from yourself?
Are you looking for support to better understand your emotions and gain more control over how you respond to stress or life changes?
Or maybe you’re experiencing relationship challenges.
Do you and your partner keep having the same arguments without resolution?
Has trust, emotional closeness, or intimacy been impacted by conflict, resentment, or infidelity?
Are you wanting to improve communication and reconnect without blame, shutdown, or constant tension?
If any of this resonates with you, you’re not alone — and support can help.
My name is Sharion Phelps, and I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I work with individuals and couples who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained and are ready for support that feels grounded, supportive, and practical.
My approach focuses on helping clients slow things down, gain clarity, and understand the patterns driving their emotions and relationships. Therapy with me is a space that is supportive, connected, and judgment-free, where we work together to create meaningful and lasting change while creating a supportive space where individuals can explore their experiences, process emotions, and cultivate meaningful personal transformation.
Drawing from evidence-based practices, I help clients address stress, anxiety, relationship complexities, and family dynamics. My work is grounded in understanding systemic influences and supporting clients in developing healthier patterns of connection—both with themselves and others.
