About me
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in Texas and have been working for over 15 years in clinical and educational settings. I have worked with clients with a variety of situations including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD, and ADHD. I have extensive experience working with individuals who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and sincerely believe that healing happens within relationships. My approach combines humanistic client-centered, cognitive-behavioral, trauma-focused, solution-oriented, and rational-emotive therapy. I also have experience with motivational interviewing as well as narrative therapy. I will tailor our time and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
It takes strength and insight to seek solutions and more satisfying relationships in all aspects of your life. I am eager to meet with you and look forward to our time together.
