I am a California Licensed Clinical Social Worker experienced in working with older teens and adults who have (diagnosed or suspected) ADHD. My practice is committed to providing neurodivergent-affirmative care, specifically for autistic adults and adult ADHD-ers. Being neurodivergent shouldn’t stop you from living a fulfilling life. With a neurodiversity-affirmative therapist, you can leverage your strengths, improve your relationships, and gain a better understanding of who you are.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in private practice in CA. I am passionate about supporting adults through times of life transitions. I am experienced in assisting and advocating for people as they embrace the person they were born to be and navigate life challenges, including depression or anxiety.

Working from a holistic approach, I strive to help my clients become more self-aware, nourish their strengths, and form authentic connections between themselves and others.

My clinical style is straightforward and practical, anchored in the reality of everyday life. I have developed the capacity to approach complex issues with simplicity and have learned to honor strength without minimizing suffering.
