I am an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, eating disorders, healing self-esteem, getting out of approval seeking and avoiding disapproval, setting boundaries, creating a healthier way of interacting with others, how to deal with stress, Christian perspective (if wanted), and many other areas of interest in my client's pursuit of wholeness.

I love being able to have the opportunity to help my clients figure out a more healthy and fulfilling way of being in relationship with themselves and with others. I utilize a psycho educational interaction with others using a large number of worksheets in the process of helping clients identify negative thought processes that are leading to negative emotional experiences that are creating painful interactions in life. In this cognitive approach, I also help clients to learn new ways of thinking that lead to a richer, more fulfilling experience in their lives. Many of my clients come to their first session nervous about what will happen (I get how vulnerable it is to talk to a complete stranger about life's struggles), but most of my clients leave the first session more relaxed and hopeful.
