I am a compassionate therapist dedicated to helping individuals heal from grief, trauma, anxiety, and life transitions.

Hello, and welcome. I’m so glad you’re here. If you are navigating grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, or major life transitions, you don’t have to face these challenges alone. Life can feel overwhelming when we carry the weight of loss, past experiences, or ongoing stress, and it can be hard to know where to start. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to begin your journey of healing.

I specialize in working with individuals experiencing grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, and major life adjustments. Whether you are coping with the death of a loved one, childhood or past trauma, a difficult breakup, or other life challenges, I am here to help you process your experiences, develop coping strategies, and build resilience. My work also supports clients who are navigating transitions such as career changes, relationship shifts, or other periods of uncertainty and adjustment.

I provide therapy under the supervision of Dr. Jennifer Vasquez, Ph.D., LCSW-S, at Inspired Practice. I am currently an LMSW intern and bring a strengths-based, client-centered approach to my work. I aim to create an environment where you feel safe to explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment. Therapy is not just about addressing symptoms—it is about learning how to carry your story in a way that empowers you rather than holds you back.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I utilize evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral strategies, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and supportive counseling. I also integrate holistic tools such as grounding exercises, self-care planning, and mindfulness techniques to help you manage stress and cultivate emotional balance. Together, we work to identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop coping skills, strengthen relationships, and foster personal growth.

In our sessions, you can expect to be heard, supported, and guided with empathy. Healing is a journey, and my hope is to help you regain a sense of control, rebuild your resilience, and reconnect with your purpose. Over time, clients often experience reduced anxiety and depression, greater emotional clarity, improved relationships, and a renewed sense of hope.
