About me

I am a compassionate clinical social work intern dedicated to helping individuals and families work through anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief.

If you'd like a version that leans more into her "one step at a time" personal touch instead of listing conditions, here's an alternative:

I am a compassionate clinical social work intern who believes healing happens one step at a time, and I'm here to walk alongside you on that path.

About Me

I believe you do not have to navigate life's challenges alone.

Many of the clients I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, mood changes, difficult life transitions, or the everyday stressors of life, I want you to know that your experiences matter and support is available.

I use a client-centered, compassionate, nonjudgmental, and solution-focused approach to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I incorporate therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, grounding techniques, and other individualized interventions based on your needs and goals. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you can be yourself, feel heard and understood, and work at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Experience & Training

I am a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern in Florida and a Certified Life Coach through the International Association of Professions Career College. I earned my Master's degree in Social Work from Walden University and I have experience providing mental health services in both inpatient and outpatient settings, working with tweens, adolescents, adults, and older adults. My experience includes individual, family, and group therapy, crisis intervention, case management, grief and loss, substance use, trauma, and supporting individuals experiencing significant emotional and life stressors.

Who I Work With

I support individuals and families navigating concerns such as:

Anxiety and depression
Trauma and difficult life experiences
Mood disorders and emotional challenges
Grief and loss
Neurodivergence
Relationship and family challenges
Stress and life transitions
Self-esteem and personal growth
Emotional regulation and challenging behaviors
Everyday struggles that affect emotional well-being

More Than Just My Work

One of my favorite reminders is: "One step at a time."

I believe healing and personal growth do not happen overnight. Sometimes, progress simply means taking the next step, learning something new about yourself, and giving yourself permission to grow.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy cooking, expressing my creativity through art, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

I would be honored to walk alongside you as you work toward greater self-awareness, healthier coping skills, healing, and a life that feels more fulfilling.

That comes in well under the 10,000-character limit, roughly 2,000 characters. I'll add it to her project doc alongside the Psychology Today fields so both platforms' copy live in one place.
